Wonderful response. My garage door opener was not working properly. They reprogrammed it and at no charge. I have had my garage door for several years and have had no problems I would recommend precision garage doors if you are in need I have been very happy with her service

He came in and immediately we were very relaxed by his sincere, calm and professional manner. Rydge laid out what was the problem and we decided on an option and he went ahead and did it and got it all taken care of. He took time to explain different points for the new operation all the time maintaining a very nice friendly manner I would give this young man and his company the highest rating! Nick was very professional and helpful to address our garage door opener issues. We purchased a new opener and replaced the 20 year old springs at the same time. The opener works perfectly and we no longer are concerned with being trapped in our garage, unable to lift the heavy door ourselves.

Ridge was excellent. Very professional. Job well done.

Rydge was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He gave very detailed explanations of everything and gave us a quote that we are considering.

I'm a dork. I backed out of my garage with the door at half mast. Okay, I started to back out with the garage door at half mast. Hitting the door put a stop to that ambition. This was a Saturday afternoon. Called Precision Gargage Door. They had an estimator for repair/replacement out within an hour. I did enough damage that the entire door and guide channels had to be replaced. I was quoted a fair price and given an installation appointment that worked with my schedule. The estimators even leant their muscle and a crowbar into getting the damaged door closed, so that my garage was secure until the repair team arrived. The repair team arrived on time, and completed the replacement within a couple of hours. I give six stars out of five. I highly recommend the team at Precision Garage Door. Now, if they just could repair the roof trim on my car. :)

Had a broken garage door spring on an older home. Contacted Precision Garage Door for repairs, the staff was very helpful and courteous. They arranged for a repair tech to come out on same day. The tech who was sent is Rydge Olin, he was very courteous, and very skilled at the repairs. He did an excellent job very quickly for us. He explained points of the door to watch and care for and a company business card to contact him if any problems in the future came up. We are very pleased with the work and products.

These guys are the best. Answer the phone and provide service immediately. Couldn’t be happier.

Josh did a followup on my new door and opener that was installed about a week ago. He only took a few minutes and all was in good order.

I actually had the whole new door system replaced. Rob was very helpful (and patient) in answering all my questions and completed the job in a very timely manner. He cleaned up afterwards and hauled all the old door parts away. The new system is sooooo quiet! Love it and feel much more secure in knowing I have a great system. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Boise.
