I got to talk with a very nice lady when I first called. She was able accommodate my schedule to have a technician scheduled to come out the very next morning. As promised, the next morning, I received a call from the technician, Nick, to let me know he was on his way. Nick and his partner were able to quickly diagnose the problem. I received a couple different options to fix the garage door. Once I made my selection, they completed the repairs in just a couple hours Fantastic service during the entire process. I highly recommend this company!

Technician finished a previous job early and was able to come within about an hour of our call. He quickly identified the problem (bad sensor) and fixed it. Garage door is working again and is much quieter than before. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable; couldn't ask for better service.

Actually, the door spring is fine. I just wanted an overall check of the door and possible bottom rubber replacement. The technician, James Foust, checked everything out explaining how it all worked. I asked him to give me a quote on door replacement as well as the bottom rubber replacement. I was impressed at how much useful information he gave me.
