Good work, but way to expensive

This review is for more than springs. Nick and his apprentice are top-notch. We had a good time interacting but I scrutinized (internally) his work and I must say, he’s very solid. Overall great man to work with. When come time for door replacement, Precision is gonna get the call with a ‘by-name”’ request for install. Maybe everyone here is great, good for them; I want Nick to come back because I most certainly calling Precision anyway. Great company, with great people. Thanks for the service and a solid warranty of workmanship. I had to pick something. So I grabbed ‘springs’, but it was ‘all hardware less the door’. Springs were replaced but what I really appreciated was that these dudes didn’t try to upsell anything other than what was actually needed to be replaced. That’s a big deal!! Thanks for a great experience; see you in a few years for the door replacement. Nuch

Aaron did an outstanding job examining the issues with our garage doors, performing maintenance on parts that was very effective, and developing good options to replace a door with significant problems. He communicates very well, is highly knowledgeable, and Precision is fortunate to have such an excellent employee.

Super service. Precision door responded quickly to my garage door issues today after e-mail contact with them this morning. Rydge Olin was the install technician who arrived at the scheduled time and provided me an indepth review of problems noted and solutions. After a review of opener options I selected one that was very reasonably priced. The new garage door opener install was completed in about and hour and half. Very professional and timely service by Rydge Olin.

Precision sent out a technician the same day that I called about my garage door not opening properly. Rydge Olin arrived, assessed the situation and made the necessary adjustments. The door is now functioning and I can get my vehicle in and out!! Rydge was attentive, really listened to what I had to say, was courteous, personable and treated me with respect. He worked safely and was very professional. And the price was right!! When it is time to replace the doors I will definitely be calling Precision!!

Rydge was absolutely amazing, he spent some time on the door however didn't have the right parts that were compatible with our system. He referred me to the company that could.

I give my Technician Aaron 10 Stars, I could not be more pleased with his work and Quality of work, in which was exceptional.He was there on time, completed even extra request I had to perfect satisfaction,xtra door opener. He explained all the added features & how they worked, Lifetime Warranty, Beat other Quotes. He was just terrific, all done in a timely manner and such a delight. I appreciated his mannerism & respect he showed for me. I took his card in hopes that I could share my wonderful experience with others. I highly recommend Precision.

It's always a pleasure to work with Joshua Wood. He's always able to diagnose and repair whatever is malfunctioning with my garage door. Very outgoing and friendly service. He's a keeper! I don't know who Nick Herb is, never heard of him

I'm more than happy to provide a review for Precision of Boise Door Service. The service was one of the best I've experienced. Aaron was incredibly nice, helpful, honest and considerate. I don't meet a lot of people whom I feel comfortable with immediately, but I did with Aaron. He truly deserves accolades and a promotion if possible.
