Was a bit taken back by the extra charge for fuel. I talked to the office before the service call and was quoted 29.95 for the call Turns out their was a fuel surcharge added, which brought our bill to close 50.00 Wish I was quoted that price. All the tech did was hit a reset button.

I was impressed with your service from the first phone call to schedule my service visit. My garage door would not open (car trapped inside!), and you were able to come the very next morning. A confirmation email and text were sent as well as a text introducing Nick, our service tech, complete with photo. Nick was here first thing in the morning and was very friendly and explained everything that was needed, recommended, and optional. From this, we agreed on a plan that was completed in about 90 minutes (Josh also showed up to lend a helping hand). Based on my overall experience, I would not hesitate to recommend your services to any of my neighbors and friends.

Excellent Service by Aaron on a Sunday no less. I highly recommend Aaron and Percision.

They came out an hour after I called. They didn’t charge for the call and offered three estimates to fix. Second time we have used them. Would totally use them again!!!

You answered (an actual person!) on a Sunday afternoon when I called, had someone here (Aaron) within twenty-four hours examining our rather ancient door opener, and had us upgraded with a new, lifetime guaranteed belt-driven door opener within the next twenty-four hours at the quoted cost. I got to talk with a very nice lady when I first called. She was able accommodate my schedule to have a technician scheduled to come out the very next morning. As promised, the next morning, I received a call from the technician, Nick, to let me know he was on his way. Nick and his partner were able to quickly diagnose the problem. I received a couple different options to fix the garage door. Once I made my selection, they completed the repairs in just a couple hours Fantastic service during the entire process. I highly recommend this company!
