Chris arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem--a broken spring. He replaced the garage door springs, adjusted the chain drive, and lubricated all bearings and pulleys. Now, the garage door operates like new. He completed the job in about an hour. Chris is a friendly, competent tech, who really knows his stuff. We're very pleased with the result.

I was extremely happy with the service that Kris Anderson provided. He was polite and very knowledgeable with understanding what needed to be done. After figuring out what needed to be done he quickly took care of the repair. He was very easy to work with and pleasant.
