Fri night the overhead chain tension cord somehow (and unbeknownst to me) became entangled with my car's roof luggage rack. When I tried to drive out of the garage, the door collapsed ... onto the luggage rack. It took me an hour to raise the door enough to free the car and another hour to get the door closed. I was pretty sure that door would never work again. Sat morning at 9am I called Precision. Was surprised to find them open. Was even more surprised when the repair tech, Antonio, arrived an hour later. He had the entire system up and running an hour after that. I was astonished. And grateful.

Robert did a fantastic job. He was very friendly, timely and professional. He also had to take unexpected extra time to rewire the sensors and di so without any complaint whatsoever. I will definitely use Precision for any further garage door needs I may have.

I had my garage door opener replaced today and Drew was great! He came on time and with a smile. Walked me thru my options and quickly had me using my new opener, which is very quiet. Drew has been to my house several times for other issues and it is a pleasure to work with him. You can tell he really loves his job. Precision, you are lucky to have him as an employee!!!

Rob was great took extra time to get the openers to work in the car and explain the q set up on the phone. Very nice fellow and did a good job.

I am so glad I called Precision Door about my garage door. Antonio examined the springs, the unit and controller, then clearly explained the situation, and that the unit was old (1997) and probably ready to breakdown fairly soon. He explained the cost breakdown then went right to work, efficiently getting the job done. I also appreciate the 5 year warranty. Great service. I did not feel that I was being "arm-twisted" to make the decision to contract for the job, which I also greatly appreciated. One comment: I would have liked to have 2 controllers, not just one.

Drew did an excellent job getting our garage door back on track!! He was here within an hour of my initial call. I was given three reasonable options to address my problem cost wise. Once he got going he was done in just about an hour. Great service, highly recommend

These guys did a awesome job! Called at 6pm and they had someone at my house at 8am the next day. They diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it! Definitely will be calling them in the future. Thanks Cedric!

Cameron was an excellent service provider. He was on time and very knowledgeable of his work. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why and then went above and beyond with some preventative maintenance on my garage door. I.E. tightening things that were loose and readjusting the door so I opened and closed properly. I felt like Cameron was informative with his information without trying to upsell me on everything. I would highly recommend his service in the future.

Antonio was very professional and helpful with getting our garage door fixed. We highly recommend him.

I'm still waiting for a repair option. I received quotes for complete replacement but no mention of a repair. I believe the suspension system was inappropriate for that style of door. I was hoping for a quote for a new torsion spring and top panel replacement. All the hardware (hinges, rollers and tracks) is still useable as well as several panels.

Fast snd professional service every time. Explained and showed me what was causing the problem with my door and what he needed to do to correct the problem. Offered me several alternatives to stay within my budget. Drew is always a pleasure to have working at my home. I will definitely call Precision if I have any further problems with my doors.

I was impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment, 24 hours! Tony arrived on time, assessed the situation, offered several repair options and let me decide. No pushy sales gimmicks. The repairs took a little over an hour and everything works great!!! Thanks Tony

The door broke night b4 we left for a trip. My mom was visiting to watch our kids and called to get it fixed. Cameron came right away and it was fixed b4 we reached our destination. He provided an estimate and easy to understand repair. Thank you!
