Our Garage Door wouldn't open Friday morning, both cars were inside plus we were having a Garage Sale so we needed to move things out. I called several door places & none could come out until the next day. When I called Precision they could come out the same day between 10 am & 12 pm. We were suprised when the tech arrived around 9 am. Anthony was very professional & had the door fixed in about 45 min. Excellent service & we certainly will call them again if needed!!

Our tech Cedric was respectful, professional, thorough and quick! Great service and will definitely use this company again in the future.

Anthony was so helpful, very professional, and quick. I’ll be contacting him for all future garage door needs. I really appreciated the communication from the customer service representatives. I called at 8:30 in the morning and a technician was out by 9:30. The text updates were especially helpful!

Great service. Was surprised they answered at 8 AM on Saturday but they quoted me between 10 AM to noon and had a technician out to my house like right at 10 AM. Ryan the technician was super friendly and was finished in couple of hours. Would highly recommend.
