I had a very good experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The spring in our garage door broke, and they were able to come fix it within a couple of hours. Josh, the technician, was super polite and professional. He gave us three options for fixing our problem, and wasn't pushy at all when we chose the cheapest one. I absolutely recommend Precision and would definitely call them again.

He was fast, professional, and explained everything that was needed and the work he was performing. He double checked everything to make sure all was working as needed and to my satisfaction. A definite five star review!

James is the best: clearly explained the details, answered my questions and showed me where things go wrong so that I know what to watch for in the future. Repairs were made within an hour & the door operates as it should rather than as it did. Thanks Precision.

Fantastic friendly service from Josh. Called on 4pm on a Thursday, they came at 8am on Friday. I wanted to get our door tuned up after it has been neglected for a number of years. Josh didn't oversell us, we got some new nylon rollers with better bearings and a general tune up, now the door is running smoothly and will last a lot longer. Thanks Josh!
