Scheduling on the website was quick and easy and I had an appointment for the same day. James F. came out and was able to resolve our issue with our garage door threshold seal not wanting to be installed. He also made a few adjustments to the door itself to ensure a good seal. Explained what was done, how it was done and what to do in the future to keep things nice and happy. Was a great experience for something I honestly never really gave much thought about!

Robert Stinnett, my technician, was prompt with his communication and arrival time. He did a good job - I am pleased with the two new doors that were installed and the service I received from Precision. Thank you!

Antonio did q great job. He reviewed the problem with our door spring and pointed out the worn parts. He made suggestions on what to replace without pressure. So happy with him.

Great experience with your company! Service was provided almost immediately after initial contact during non business hours. Employees were professional and on time. We were kept notified during the entire process. For never having installed a rolling 15’ shop door before they did a fantastic job! Five stars all the way!
