Cedric and his helper we’re here on time and started work right away. They informed me that it should take no longer than an hour to install. I was very happy with a Work that they did very professional very polite gentleman. More important is they were great listeners they did exactly what I wanted them to do. You need to give them a raise. 😎

Christian carefully explained about the garage door and future repairs that will need to be done. He was very informative but not pushy which I appreciated! A+

Cameron was great. He showed up earlier than we expected to do the repair. I ended up waiting until he got here to raise the door and move the truck and car out. Decided to replace both springs as they were both 8 years old. Cameron lubed the whole door and made is 50% quieter than it was. Only suggestion would be to wipe up the oil/grease residue on completion. We were pleased with the pricing and same day service. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with me service from Christian and Drew. My Wife and I bought our house brand new and learned that the doors had not been installed with the proper equipment. The service team had all of the parts on the truck and was very satisfied with their work. My double garage door now works like it should. I used Precision on my previous home and would recommend them to complete the work.

A1 service. Cedric came out right on time, was courteous and quick. Changed out the springs and worn out hardware, check the alignment and made sure the door ran correctly. I appreciate him being on time more than anything.

I am so glad I called Precision. What a nice experience for us. Christian explained everything, told us of options, and once the decision was made to go ahead with the job, he got right to it in a very efficient manner. He was comfortable to be around and we certainly appreciated the fact that he was the Precision employee that came to our house.

My husband and I recently had Precision Garage Door install 2 new garage doors. We love the design with the added windows. It really brightens up the garage. After a month of use, we needed a small adjustment and Anthony came out the same afternoon I called. Within just a few minutes, Anthony (problem solver extraordinaire) adjusted it and it works even smoother than before. We will not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs or a new door.
