One of our garage door openers had been acting erratically for some time - sometimes it would open part way and then close on its own. Recently, our other door began doing the same thing. Both doors are original to the house - 28 years old. Repair or replacement? Cameron arrived right on time. He explained that parts for these openers are very scarce, and there was no guarantee that they could solve the problem. I agreed that replacement was the best option. I had done some online searching for brands and features; and we quickly agreed on the LiftMaster belt drive model. He went back to the shop to pick up the units. He was very diligent in his work. A fine man, friendly, professional, and neat. He even moved some of the obstacles, which I could not do because of recent surgery. After the units were installed, he programmed them on the keypad and on the cars. Great job all around!

Also rollers and bearings. Ryan did a professional job and completed the project in the time he estimated. I’d have him work on the door again.

Cedric did such a great job on installing the new LiftMaster garage door opener on my shop, I was happy to have him come back and replace the garage door opener on my house! Cedric delivered the same excellent quality of work that he did the first time. He listened patiently to my questions and took the time to answer every question I had. He explained the new security technology that LiftMaster has built into the garage door openers, so I am very pleased with the product and the lifetime warranty. I don’t hesitate to recommend Cedric as an excellent garage door technician and installation professional.

Cedric did a great job replacing my garage door opener. He has a great work ethic and works to make everything perfect. He showed me all the parts that were broken or worn out and explained how the new parts worked. I have a low ceiling in my shop, so installing a garage door opener wasn’t easy. He made adjustments and the new garage door opener is awesome! Cedric made sure that all the cardboard and plastic packing for the new garage door opener were cleaned up. I would not hesitate to have Cedric work on my garage door in the future. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent garage door installation and repair technician!

I called yesterday and I thought someone was coming out to give me an estimate, but they were able to fix it on the spot. I was very thankful for their understanding of the mechanics of the door and the expediency in which they made the repair. Highly recommend!
