Our garage door spring broke on Saturday late afternoon, and I called Precision since they are available on weekends. Although they initially thought they could come that evening, that did not work out. They rescheduled us for Sunday morning at 10:00. Christian came out, diagnosed and replaced the spring with a superior product, and provided thorough explanation and education. He was very polite and professional, as well as providing an excellent installation. I am very satisfied with this service and hopeful that this product will last for years.

Cedric very clearly laid out several options to repair my broken spring. He didn't try to sell me on other things I didn't need. I'm glad I called Precision Garage Door! My spring had broken, and my car was locked inside! I was pleasantly surprised to get next day service! Tony was absolutely great! Very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the issue, and didn't try to give me a hard-shell to buy more expensive products! Tony communicated with me for his arrival time, and was prompt!

The way that you have your phone calls answered right away is fantastic customer service. That's the first impression for a customer and it's impressive. Cedric was professional and patient when he serviced our garage door a few months ago. We knew that we weren't going to shop around when our door opener quit on us the other day. We were very happy to know that Cedric was available that very afternoon. The new door opener is quiet and has additional features that will be helpful. Cedric made sure that our questions were answered and was gracious by letting us know that we can call him with any issues.

Cedric was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and handled arrangements with the home warranty company making this a virtually painless experience.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of Josh from Precision. He arrived ahead of schedule and was very courteous. He listened to my concerns, inspected the garage door and quickly diagnosed the issues. Josh discussed the cost ahead of time for repairs, took the time to inform me on everything he would do, as well as gave me some options. Once I decided what I wanted done, he worked very efficiently, and our garage door operates like new. Thank you!

Tony was professional and very pleasant to deal with. He made me feel at home with the repairs and walked me through the entire process which was greatly appreciated.
