5 stars or 10 out of 10, from the customer service last night on the phone from I believe her name was Jessica and Ryan followed through and delivered exceptional service and explanation of the quote on the repair. With me being in the exterior remodeling industry, you have to earn trust right away and you guys hit a home run on all levels of service. If this was my home I would have got a brand new garage door but with it being my aunts home I’ll definitely recommend Ryan coming back out in the event of it ever needing to be replaced. We reluctantly decided to replace the garage door in our home. Precision garage door, especially Christian, made it a worry free and even an exciting event! Needed a new key pad for my garage Anthony came out and had the job done in about 10 minutes. We chatted a bit about upgrading to a newer system which turned out to be very tempting but not now, it’s Christmas time. I do plan on buying the system we looked at . It was a good experience over all I would recommend precision over action any day!!!!!! Thanks again.

Excellent service. Offered some up sales for better equipment and was not pushy about anything. Had the job done and completed in about 10 minutes. I do plan on updating my garage system based off of what I was shown and the better quality system. Anthony Paulos was my tech.
