I was very satisfied with me service from Christian and Drew. My Wife and I bought our house brand new and learned that the doors had not been installed with the proper equipment. The service team had all of the parts on the truck and was very satisfied with their work. My double garage door now works like it should. I used Precision on my previous home and would recommend them to complete the work.

The young man who fixed our garage door was very professional. Did an excellent job and very personable. Thank you for your quick response in getting the garage door fixed and yes I would recommend your company.

I am so glad I called Precision. What a nice experience for us. Christian explained everything, told us of options, and once the decision was made to go ahead with the job, he got right to it in a very efficient manner. He was comfortable to be around and we certainly appreciated the fact that he was the Precision employee that came to our house.

Anthony provided a bid for future work. Out of 3 contractors, he was the only one to provide bid onsite. Very professional and courteous.

I was very pleased with the installation of the two new doors and parts. Cedric was very professional and did an excellent job.

The technician showed up at my house and asked to borrow my chair in the garage to use to get up and look at my opener instead of getting his own equipment and stood up on it. He then fixed the garage door opener and noticed that there was an additional issue which he needed a part for. He charged me for it and said he would be back later to fix because he had another job to do. He then proceeded to leave my very expensive camping gear and lawn equipment outside and left. I had to leave for an appointment and haven't heard from him meanwhile my garage door still isn't 100% fixed and I've already paid in full. Not super happy with this experience since I've paid over a thousand dollars to you already and it's still a problem. Will not return or give referrals to anyone. Cedric took the time to remedy the problem - and it didn’t involve any extra costs. He explained everything and assured us that if anything came up, we could call them back. Great service!

The Tech, Christian was outstanding! Polite and efficient! He had our door fixed and took the time to address our other door that had a few small issues quickly. He was on time and explained the cost before he fixed it. It was a little expensive but if you want it fixed on Sunday, you have to expect that.

Excellent work and professional at all times.
