We called Precision because of their five star rating on google. And now we can see how they earned that! Christian and his co-worker were great! They were knowledgeable, hard-working, and we enjoyed spending time with them. They could have easily convinced us that we needed a new garage door, instead a new spring and rollers did the trick. Drew was wonderful very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The service was wonderful from appointment arrangement to completion of work.

Cedric was an impressive Technician! He was very professional. He knew his products and services. He answered all questions in a way that I could understand clearly. He explained the trade-offs of the different springs and rollers. He carefully cleaned up after the work, even cleaning the fingerprints off the garage door surface! I chose Precision because there was a coupon in ValPak and they were rated highly on the Better Business Bureau website.

He did good. But we got wrong door we ordered the cascade. overall James did a good job!

Anthony was awesome, quick fix on my door at a very fair price!

Garage door spring broke on Friday night (of course). My car was a prisoner in the garage. Contacted Precision that evening and they confirmed to send a repairman the very next morning at 8am. I got a confirmation text that night. The next day, I received a phone call at 7:40am from the repairman confirming his arrival in 20 minutes. He also sent a photo so I could identify him. He assessed the damage, calculated the door weight and tension required. Gave me 3 options to fix the problem. Went back to the shop to retrieve some higher end parts and returned shortly. The entire door was repaired by 10am. He was also kind enough to maneuver my car inside the garage to drive it out the 2nd bay while he was repairing the 1st bay door. Will definitely call this company again. It was a bit pricey, but the solution and the service was top notch. Very satisfied. Thank you Precision!
