Cedric was an impressive Technician! He was very professional. He knew his products and services. He answered all questions in a way that I could understand clearly. He explained the trade-offs of the different springs and rollers. He carefully cleaned up after the work, even cleaning the fingerprints off the garage door surface! I chose Precision because there was a coupon in ValPak and they were rated highly on the Better Business Bureau website.

He did good. But we got wrong door we ordered the cascade. overall James did a good job!

There was a manufacturer issue with my new garage door opener, I called and they send out help within an hour! Excellent and friendly service! I highly recommend Percision!

Garage door spring broke on Friday night (of course). My car was a prisoner in the garage. Contacted Precision that evening and they confirmed to send a repairman the very next morning at 8am. I got a confirmation text that night. The next day, I received a phone call at 7:40am from the repairman confirming his arrival in 20 minutes. He also sent a photo so I could identify him. He assessed the damage, calculated the door weight and tension required. Gave me 3 options to fix the problem. Went back to the shop to retrieve some higher end parts and returned shortly. The entire door was repaired by 10am. He was also kind enough to maneuver my car inside the garage to drive it out the 2nd bay while he was repairing the 1st bay door. Will definitely call this company again. It was a bit pricey, but the solution and the service was top notch. Very satisfied. Thank you Precision!

Drew did great work for me today. He took me through the whole process even showed me some maintenance tips. Great company has employees with great attitude. He came out quick too!

We had our garage door replaced by Cole and James. They were both very friendly and worked quickly to ensure we had a good experience. Shortly after, we had an issue with our sensor and Cameron came out to help.Cameron was amazingly helpful, kind and very polite. They went above and beyond our expectations for service. We will definitely use this company again should we have any problems in the future.

Christian did a great job with the garage door repair. He was professional and upfront with the information and did an incredible job explaining preventive maintenance as well as the repairs needed. He was able to perform the repairs while he was onsite and got me rolling again! Same day fix!
