When our new garage door arrived, Precision called and set up an installation appointment that was convenient for us. Unfortunately, the door kit apparently arrived at their warehouse without the top, windowed section. We had to wait a couple more weeks for that to arrive. When it did, Precision set up a new install appointment that worked with our schedule. Cedric came out with a partner and they had the new two-car garage door installed in just a few hours, complete with new tracks, rollers, weather strip, opener, and remotes. The windows and inserts were exactly what we ordered and look amazing. The opener is so quiet that it can't be heard. The only sound is that of the panels and rollers as the door opens or closes, and that sound is very quiet. We wanted a keypad for outside, and Cedric came out the next day and installed that in just a few minutes. The windows we chose allow plenty of daylight in, but they seem to keep out most of the infrared light, so the garage doesn't get any hotter than it did with the old, windowless door. We're very happy with our new garage door system. Cedric was a joy to work with from start to finish.

If I could give this company more than five stars I would. My garage door was damaged on Wednesday I called Precision Door on Friday to get a quote. Anthony was here within 2 hours explaining my options. By early Monday afternoon they completed installation of my new garage door and it looks great! Cedric executed the installation with perfection. Many thanks to everyone I spoke with in the office and the guys in the field.

I felt Christian was very professional and understood garage doors. He was able to explain to me what happened and why and went about fixing the problem to my satisfaction. I hope to get a new garage door, as I see this one is quite flimsy and seemed to be installed poorly. Christian made sure that the bolts were the way they should be. Thank you for coming out on a hot Saturday.

Cameron was awesome to work with. He came to our house right on schedule, explained what options I had as far as the repair and gave me tips on how to make my garage door springs and hinges last longer. We were very happy with the service.

Cedric was great. He was professional and knowledgeable. He had to come back after the install to make an adjustment and he came quickly and took care of the problem. Our new door is quite and really adds to the crub appeal. We appreciate the quality and professionalism we received.

Ryann charged me for a lube and tune. I paid to have that done in April. I didn't see that charge/line item until he emailed me the receipt after I paid. He did not perform a lube and tune. That should be credited back to me. This says broken door spring. The mount broke lose from the garage wall. The springs were not broke, however, they were installed in 2008 and Ryan recommended changing them out due to age. I was very happy that your company was able to make it out the same day.
