I am very pleased with the service of Precision Door. I called and they were able to come out the same day. It only took Christian a minute to figure out what was wrong fixed it quickly and programmed my door opener to my car. Very happy with my service and would recommend them to anyone needing their service

The Tech showed up earlier than time I was told, but called to make sure it was okay to do so. Nice to get it started and done earlier then expected. Christian was very clear on what needed done and then gave quote. He proceeded to do repairs and completed the job in a timely manner. He did a good job and was quick to complete. I would give Precision and Christian 5 stars.

Cameron was friendly , professional, and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the problem(which was simply old cable tv wiring) and removed it so it wouldn’t interfere with wiring for garage door,

My door would not open and the other company I called couldn't come out tomorrow. I called precision door and they were able to come out same day. Cameron was very professional and gave me some options. I had to get a new opener and he was able to install in 2 hours. Awesome service. I'm glad they were able to fix the problem.

Anthony was great! He replaced my garage door opener the very day I requested service. . .how refreshing. He good naturedly worked in hot temperatures to make sure my garage door worked before nightfall. He helped this senior citizen program my phone to control the garage door.

When our new garage door arrived, Precision called and set up an installation appointment that was convenient for us. Unfortunately, the door kit apparently arrived at their warehouse without the top, windowed section. We had to wait a couple more weeks for that to arrive. When it did, Precision set up a new install appointment that worked with our schedule. Cedric came out with a partner and they had the new two-car garage door installed in just a few hours, complete with new tracks, rollers, weather strip, opener, and remotes. The windows and inserts were exactly what we ordered and look amazing. The opener is so quiet that it can't be heard. The only sound is that of the panels and rollers as the door opens or closes, and that sound is very quiet. We wanted a keypad for outside, and Cedric came out the next day and installed that in just a few minutes. The windows we chose allow plenty of daylight in, but they seem to keep out most of the infrared light, so the garage doesn't get any hotter than it did with the old, windowless door. We're very happy with our new garage door system. Cedric was a joy to work with from start to finish.

If I could give this company more than five stars I would. My garage door was damaged on Wednesday I called Precision Door on Friday to get a quote. Anthony was here within 2 hours explaining my options. By early Monday afternoon they completed installation of my new garage door and it looks great! Cedric executed the installation with perfection. Many thanks to everyone I spoke with in the office and the guys in the field.

I felt Christian was very professional and understood garage doors. He was able to explain to me what happened and why and went about fixing the problem to my satisfaction. I hope to get a new garage door, as I see this one is quite flimsy and seemed to be installed poorly. Christian made sure that the bolts were the way they should be. Thank you for coming out on a hot Saturday.
