Ben is excellent! Absolutely everything went as promised, in fact the install took way les time. He even cleaned the new door when done.

Perfect answer to our problem. Looked up garage door opener online and tried Precision. The company's response to my plea for help getting my car out of the garage was to send out a tech named Christian. He was the best: explained the problem, explained options for solutions and the provided extraordinary service installing a new system that is quiet, effective and definitely worth my hard earned money.

Christian, once again, did a wonderful job and rescued us. He is knowledgeable, efficient, personable, extremely patient, and very good at representing Precision Doors. We should be set for quite some time now....fingers crossed 😄 but will definitely recommend and call Precision Doors should we need your services. Thank you! Our door is so quiet!!!! 😃

Ben was outstanding! I really did a number on the door catching it on a car bike rack, it was a double door held in place with only 1 pin on each side. He safely got it off the top of my car with no damage and was able to get the door back on the rollers and pulled completely down. We are replacing the door, but, hey, it’s 30 years old. Thank you soooo much for Sunday service!

Ben did a great job. Communication is very important to me and he was very knowledgeable and informative. He noted the brackets between the garage door and the opener were installed incorrectly and took the time to correct the issue. This is the kind of company I want to do business with

Christian did an awesome job installing the bottom weather seal part on my mom's garage. Quick knowledgeable and very friendly. We chat for a good 30 minutes just talking about life and work after he was done, I really enjoyed it. You all got professional tech under your umbrella. Do what it takes to keep them, especially Christian as he truly showed his professionalism and care about his work and took the time to double check and ensured garage is in good working condition. Thank you for the wonderful experience and professional work! Definitely will be recommending you guys!

Precision Garage Door were wonderful! They scheduled our repair the night it happened and it went exactly as scheduled the following day! They actually could've been out that night, but we elected for the next morning. Christian was so nice and very professional. He explained everything and kept us a part of the entire repair. We would definitely recommend Precision and will use them again, if we need to.

A great experience. Christian was a great help with figuring out what to do with my garage door. He wasn’t pushy and fixed my door for the time being until my new door came in. He put it up on the weekend. Highly recommended.
