Ben was in our neighborhood doing another job. We drove by his truck and asked him if he had time to help us with garage door openers. He followed us home (5 minutes) and had the garage openers that we needed on his truck. He was very helpful, explained the situation clearly and was VERY efficient doing the job. We are very pleased with his service and paid him with a check #1092. We will certainly call again if we have any other problems with our garage doors. Thanks so much for the help. Cliff Blake

My garage door misaligned on Sunday. I called Precision first thing Monday morning and they had a tech out in just a couple of hours. The technician (Chris) was courteous and efficient. He explanined what he was doing and got the door running better than ever. The service is a bit pricier than I expected but he did excellent work.

Christian was very polite, nice and knowledgeable. He greeted me and shook my hand when he arrived. He showed me all the broken and worn out parts and what he recommended be fixed/replaced. He did a great job and we have an operational garage door again. I would highly recommend him and this company. The customer service person who answered when we called for service was also very professional and nice. I also would like to say thank you for helping us at 4pm on a Saturday. I know most companies are not open on Saturdays so this was much appreciated. My car would have been stuck inside all weekend.

We’re we’re extremely relieved technician was able to be here so early when we discovered spring was broken and car was stuck in garage. Christian did a wonderful job of inspection and explaining issues. Precision will be our go to garage door company going forward.

Ben came out to assess my garage door, which I'd backed into the previous morning. He bent the damaged garage panel, screwed it to hold it in place, and he called at least 2 companies to quote me a price on either replacing the damaged panel or the entire door. He didn't charge me for his labor of bending the door back, improving its aesthetics and shape of the door, including riveting the bottom panel to hold the repair in place. After the time and effort he spent doing these things, he didn't charge me a penny! He was a kind, professional gentleman and an asset to any company. Thank you, Ben for your help, and I would recommend precision doors to anyone who needs help with their garage door!
