Tech was very prompt and professional, just needed a new springs and that's exactly what I wanted and got.

The Precision Door Tech was at my house within a couple of hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. The repair was completed in about one hour and we have a working garage door again. Thanks, Christian!!

Drew was very professional,and friendly. He explained the garage door failure, and detailed the recommended repair needed. Quoted a reasonable repair price, then repaired the door . When he was done he advised me on proper upkeep for the door. I’m very appreciative of his service. A satisfied customer!

Cameron figured out why my garage door was going up & down by itself. One of the openers was goofy & Camden tried to fix it. I decided to get a new one. Problem fixed. Camden is very personable and did a nice job.

Yes, Cedric sold me a Precision 270 and installed it in the allotted time. He was very kind and efficient. I do think I was taken advantage of because of the emergency of an older person who couldn’t manually move door up and down while waiting for estimates. I’ve checked other companies and believe I was scammed at least $300.00 or more. I know it has a 10 year warranty and a few bells and whistles. If there was a less expensive model it might have been enough for me. Cedric was wonderful, but still unhappy with prize.

Christian was polite and did a great job of discussing options for replacing our current garage doors. He got us the quote quickly, and gave us a rough estimate of when install might occur. Very professional in demeanor and actions.
