James and others were amazing. I was impressed by the recommendations he made concerning my situation, and how when I decided to move forward, he kept every commitment he made. Drew was very professional,and friendly. He explained the garage door failure, and detailed the recommended repair needed. Quoted a reasonable repair price, then repaired the door . When he was done he advised me on proper upkeep for the door. I’m very appreciative of his service. A satisfied customer!

Cameron figured out why my garage door was going up & down by itself. One of the openers was goofy & Camden tried to fix it. I decided to get a new one. Problem fixed. Camden is very personable and did a nice job.

Yes, Cedric sold me a Precision 270 and installed it in the allotted time. He was very kind and efficient. I do think I was taken advantage of because of the emergency of an older person who couldn’t manually move door up and down while waiting for estimates. I’ve checked other companies and believe I was scammed at least $300.00 or more. I know it has a 10 year warranty and a few bells and whistles. If there was a less expensive model it might have been enough for me. Cedric was wonderful, but still unhappy with prize.

Christian was polite and did a great job of discussing options for replacing our current garage doors. He got us the quote quickly, and gave us a rough estimate of when install might occur. Very professional in demeanor and actions.

Great service. Door was bent and wouldn't close. Cedric got the door to close so it was secure and ordered a new one.

Precision provided wonderful customer service, and competitive pricing, installation scheduling was convenient, and the technician James F. was very helpful in answering all of my questions. The installation only took a few hours and I love the new door, I highly recommend Precision of Meridian.
