Cedric was the technician He was wonderful. Let me know when he was on his way, diagnosed problem, explained everything, and gave me my options. Installed new door opener & rollers. Very proficient. Cedric did an incredible job installing our garage door opener. He was efficient and very friendly and I would highly recommend him to others! Our garage door is all set to go and he made sure we understood everything before he left.

Great service from Christian Reidling. First of all we’re so appreciative of how fast they were able to respond to fixing our door. Christians’ understandping of our problem and what caused it was incredible. He solved it but I also believe his work prevented a future problem. He was very clear in his communication. Great work and service. I would recommend him and his company.

Showed up on time with call ahead of time. Explained the service choices in a non-pushy way. Also showed me a small problem that needs following but they didn't recommend repair at this time. Cameron was extremely nice and professional.

Christian was right on time. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote . Work was done in a timely manner. Christian was polite and personable.

Cedric is a very pleasant young man. He seemed quite knowledgeable about the products and services available through Precision. He listened when we described the style of door that we wanted to replace our current garage door with, along with the extra features and details that we would like our next garage door to include. There was no "hard sell" involved - he respected our input and helped us to understand how our design preferences would look on the finished product. We let him know that we were interviewing several potential supplier/installer companies, so he followed up with us the next week, at which time he answered a couple more questions we had. It was a pleasure having Cedric visit us as a representative of Precision.

Anthony was quick to respond and diagnose the problem with my garage door. He took the time to explain to me what I should look for if the door failed to open again. He only charged me for the service call. I’d use this company again in a heartbeat
