Prompt friendly service Ryan was great!

Was impressed from phone call to when Christian Left!! Look forward to getting project complete and just thorough out Idaho Door Co.'s card. Been working with them sense 1989. That about days everything.

Christian was right on time. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote . Work was done in a timely manner. Christian was polite and personable.

Anthony gave us extremely helpful information! He was respectful and knowledgable.

Cedric is a very pleasant young man. He seemed quite knowledgeable about the products and services available through Precision. He listened when we described the style of door that we wanted to replace our current garage door with, along with the extra features and details that we would like our next garage door to include. There was no "hard sell" involved - he respected our input and helped us to understand how our design preferences would look on the finished product. We let him know that we were interviewing several potential supplier/installer companies, so he followed up with us the next week, at which time he answered a couple more questions we had. It was a pleasure having Cedric visit us as a representative of Precision.

Anthony was quick to respond and diagnose the problem with my garage door. He took the time to explain to me what I should look for if the door failed to open again. He only charged me for the service call. I’d use this company again in a heartbeat
