We had Precision come out and look at our garage door. We needed a new door. They ordered one for us. In the meantime they installed one they had taken off elsewhere. It made our door useable until our custom door arrived. Great customer service and a superior product and service.

Cedric was sent from precision door services when our garage door broke down. Cedric seemed to be very knowledgeable and he knew what he was doing. He was able to quickly get our garage door issue resolved. He was very polite and was able to explain the issue to us very well. We rate him highly as a technician and would recommend him as well. We would also like to thank his fellow technician Anthony who was at our site and made sure everything was fixed. Both Cedric and Anthony took care of the daylight problem through the garage door.

Christian was the tech who worked om my 22 YO door. He replaced the torsion spring, rollers, and bearings. He was friendly, on time, and worked with efficiency. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend!

My garage door operator was dead, Christian installed a new operator and suggested new rollers as well. The result is spectacular. The garage door is almost totally silent. I am very happy with the service and the equipment.

Precision was able to come out within an hour of my call and schedule a new motor to replace the blown up one the next morning. The whole experience was streamlined and seamless and I’m happy with the installation, amazed by the speed of service, and the professional and kind staff that took care of the whole process so smoothly.

Anthony is fast, responsive and explains repair recommendations thoroughly.

Actually, it was a keypad replacement, and Christian was the perfect technician serviceman for the job. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would gladly recommend him to all those in need !

I'm very impressed with the service I received today. Anthony was prompt, well versed in the problem and resolved it in a timely manner...on a Sunday! He was also very courteous, answered all my questions, and interested in "talking dogs" with me. My dogs loved him too...extra bonus!

Christian came to our home from Precision Doors. he was very nice came with a smile he was very professional. Next month I’ll be ordering new doors I will be requesting Christian to do the Installation
