Quick to respond and identify the problem. Needed a new unit that was installed the next day. Josh arrived on time, completed my install quickly and did a great job cleaning up. I would request him again.

The service was on point and quick. Came out the same day, on a Sunday! He was very knowledgeable and upfront t about products, use, cost, etc. James replaces bearings, rollers, and spring in less than an hour. Thank you!

Fri night the overhead chain tension cord somehow (and unbeknownst to me) became entangled with my car's roof luggage rack. When I tried to drive out of the garage, the door collapsed ... onto the luggage rack. It took me an hour to raise the door enough to free the car and another hour to get the door closed. I was pretty sure that door would never work again. Sat morning at 9am I called Precision. Was surprised to find them open. Was even more surprised when the repair tech, Antonio, arrived an hour later. He had the entire system up and running an hour after that. I was astonished. And grateful.

I had my garage door opener replaced today and Drew was great! He came on time and with a smile. Walked me thru my options and quickly had me using my new opener, which is very quiet. Drew has been to my house several times for other issues and it is a pleasure to work with him. You can tell he really loves his job. Precision, you are lucky to have him as an employee!!!

Rob was great took extra time to get the openers to work in the car and explain the q set up on the phone. Very nice fellow and did a good job.

Drew did an excellent job getting our garage door back on track!! He was here within an hour of my initial call. I was given three reasonable options to address my problem cost wise. Once he got going he was done in just about an hour. Great service, highly recommend

These guys did a awesome job! Called at 6pm and they had someone at my house at 8am the next day. They diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it! Definitely will be calling them in the future. Thanks Cedric!
