Friendly people. Did not due the spring replacement due to price quote was much higher than expected.

Tech was friendly, professional and helpful. Gave good information on what my door may need in the future. Did a good job and represented your company well.

The service technician did a fantastic job. He was on time , explained thoroughly what he needed to do and was very polite. I think he went above and beyond what he needed to do to fix the problem and clean up after. I would recommend Precision to anyone!!

Technician finished a previous job early and was able to come within about an hour of our call. He quickly identified the problem (bad sensor) and fixed it. Garage door is working again and is much quieter than before. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable; couldn't ask for better service.
