Drew came out and explained everything that was going on with our doors. He had the parts and got it all swapped out that day. Only took him around an hour too. He did a great job!

We contacted precision door regarding some issues we were having with our main garage door. I was surprised they made appointment for the same day a couple hours later. Drew (tech) arrived promptly, great customer service, diagnosed the problem with the door. Because we have a custom garage door that I was not aware of because of the large size, he had to order the parts which he tracked down at their warehouse. The parts were picked up and the door was completed in a couple hours. Now works perfectly with the parts that originally should have been installed with the door. We will refer precision door to ours friends and family and will always use this company if needed again. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks again to Drew and the precision door team.

Tony Sivero is a fine representative of your company. He was prompt, personable and explained all the issues as he saw them. I'm familiar with the workings of a garage door and his presentation was honest and did not pressure me for additional work. He worked hard and had my door working better, and quieter, in no time. I am so glad I called Precision Door about my garage door. Antonio examined the springs, the unit and controller, then clearly explained the situation, and that the unit was old (1997) and probably ready to breakdown fairly soon. He explained the cost breakdown then went right to work, efficiently getting the job done. I also appreciate the 5 year warranty. Great service. I did not feel that I was being "arm-twisted" to make the decision to contract for the job, which I also greatly appreciated. One comment: I would have liked to have 2 controllers, not just one.

Drew did an absolutely great job, quick , efficient had all the parts with him, and I enjoyed his explanation of how the door system works… I would recommend Precision Door any time.

I was very pleased with the service and price. Your Drew really knew his stuff and he walked me through every part of his repair. Once completed, he showed me how to spray/oil my doors moving parts on a every six month rotation.
