I felt Christian was very professional and understood garage doors. He was able to explain to me what happened and why and went about fixing the problem to my satisfaction. I hope to get a new garage door, as I see this one is quite flimsy and seemed to be installed poorly. Christian made sure that the bolts were the way they should be.
