Nick was personable and honest and, in my opinion, represented Precision Garage Door in an admirable way. His opinion was that my opener did not require replacement at this time. I will definitely get back in touch with Precision Garage Door in the event my opener fails.

Robert installed my new garage door and did an excellent job! He is very meticulous and a true perfectionist! Robert did a fantastic job of cleaning up all debris and took his time ensuring the door was installed correctly and functioned properly. He did some minor painting to small areas around the frame of the garage and it looks fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience beginning to end with Precision!

I need a list of the costs.

Josh and Ryder were awesome. They were able to come earlier than scheduled, which was nice. They understood the problem and gave me options. They installed a new opener quickly. They were polite, professional and enjoyable to be around.

My garage door started making loud noises as it opened. After reading reviews of different garage door companies, I decided to schedule an appointment with Precision. Aaron showed up on time as scheduled and was very thorough. He explained what was causing the issue and provided various options along with an estimate. Aaron was very knowledgeable and sincere. He provided the information I needed to make an informed decision.

Josh and his trainee/understudy were super - listened to issue, explained and offered options, and performed the required repair and general maintenance. Top drawer effort.

My garage door would not operate properly. There was power to the door but it would not open/close. This happened at Christmas and I thought I would have a difficult time finding anyone to come to repair it. The day after Christmas, I called Precision and they had a repair man at my house within an hour. Joshua figured out the problem within a couple of minutes and let me know what was wrong and what it would take to repair the problem. Joshua had the door working in short order. He was efficient and polite. I would recommend Precision garage door service to anyone in need. I will defiantly call Precision for any future garage door needs.

On time and super reasonable price.

Very impressed with the service I received from the time I called late Friday afternoon to see if I could get a technician as soon as possible as my garage door wouldn't open. Nick was the Technician who came out. He explained the problem thoroughly and showed me the broken parts. He was out on Saturday and fixed both doors and he always kept me informed when he found something else. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

They have been the best, I have ever worked with.

Great Service! From the initial call to the completion of service all employees were a pleasure to work with. The previous company that installed our doors were very dismissive and arrogant on the first and only repair call. Not so with Precision. The call taker was very professional and got us scheduled the same day even though it was a Sunday. Aaron the tech, kept us informed on his status and arrival with texts and a phone call. Once he arrived, he was very pleasant and explained everything he was going to look at. When he was done, he again explained everything he did and made recommendations of products to improve our garage door function. Precision will definitely be our garage door company from now on. Wonderful service! Came out on a Saturday with less than 24 hours notice. Work was completed to perfection!

Excellent work done by Robert, takes pride in his work. Made a suggestion on how to compensate for an uneven garage floor ( one corner is lower) leaving a gap between garage door and floor. I could add garage floor strip to the lower end. Very personable young man and excellent representative of Precision Garage Door of Boise.

Aaron showed up when he said he would and did great work in repairing my garage door. He explained what he was going to do and gave several options of what could be done. I will be calling again if I need garage door work done.

Drew came out and fixed our garage springs that busted at 12:30am. He arrived at 8:00am and got right to fixing things. Great guy and the best customer service I have seen in a very long time... Also knows how to get the JOB DONE!!!
