On time and super reasonable price.

Very impressed with the service I received from the time I called late Friday afternoon to see if I could get a technician as soon as possible as my garage door wouldn't open. Nick was the Technician who came out. He explained the problem thoroughly and showed me the broken parts. He was out on Saturday and fixed both doors and he always kept me informed when he found something else. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Great Service! From the initial call to the completion of service all employees were a pleasure to work with. The previous company that installed our doors were very dismissive and arrogant on the first and only repair call. Not so with Precision. The call taker was very professional and got us scheduled the same day even though it was a Sunday. Aaron the tech, kept us informed on his status and arrival with texts and a phone call. Once he arrived, he was very pleasant and explained everything he was going to look at. When he was done, he again explained everything he did and made recommendations of products to improve our garage door function. Precision will definitely be our garage door company from now on. Wonderful service! Came out on a Saturday with less than 24 hours notice. Work was completed to perfection!

Excellent work done by Robert, takes pride in his work. Made a suggestion on how to compensate for an uneven garage floor ( one corner is lower) leaving a gap between garage door and floor. I could add garage floor strip to the lower end. Very personable young man and excellent representative of Precision Garage Door of Boise.

Aaron showed up when he said he would and did great work in repairing my garage door. He explained what he was going to do and gave several options of what could be done. I will be calling again if I need garage door work done.

Drew came out and fixed our garage springs that busted at 12:30am. He arrived at 8:00am and got right to fixing things. Great guy and the best customer service I have seen in a very long time... Also knows how to get the JOB DONE!!!

James was very personable and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my garage door.

Christian was very through in his explanation of the products available the differences in the garage doors and different styles and colors available. He is very personal and genuine concerning the customers needs. He took time to go through the catalog explaining all aspects and combinations possible, reviewed finance options and was very reassuring to give him a call if I had any questions.

Rob was our technician who came out and replaced the vinyl trim on the door frame since it was curling off. But before he began he looked at the current model and went out and got one that was solid core which seems to be the right move. Very happy with the work done and for the technician thinking outside the box what was the best way to fix this.

Robert was very professional and his workmanship was all about doing a quality job. A pleasure to have him work on my home.

Found out all the problems with the door. Aaron was totally great and showed us all the problems with the old door. Adjusted a couple of things so we could use the better until we can put a new one up. Precision Door Service is Great Service.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of Aaron from Precision. He arrived as scheduled, and he was very courteous. Aaron listened to my concerns, inspected the garage door and quickly diagnosed the issue. Aaron discussed my options and costs ahead of time, as well as informed me on everything he would be doing. Once I decided what I wanted done, he worked very efficiently, and the total cost was exactly as we agreed on. Our garage door operates like new. Thank you!

Bought a direct drive unit for my RV garage 2 years ago and things stopped working to days before my vacation. Called them up and they sent Drew out to fix the problem. Took him ten minutes and had things running like a sewing machine. He even programmed my MyQ app for remote operation. Very pleased with the promptness and accommodating me with such short time frame to work with. Best part it was all under warranty 😃

Josh and Nick were amazing! They listened to my concerns, and were so professional. They explained my options and were so helpful. I had gotten another quote by another company and they quoted me several hundred dollars more than Precision for the same job. I would not hesitate to ask them for help again!

Door only needed slight adjustment. Both men were very curteous and professional.
