Christian and Ryan did a fantastic job repairing my garage door. The whole process was very efficient. I called yesterday and I thought someone was coming out to give me an estimate, but they were able to fix it on the spot. I was very thankful for their understanding of the mechanics of the door and the expediency in which they made the repair. Highly recommend!

1st thing Anthony did was look over my whole garage door system let me know of a crack in the door panel that I didn't even know about He did what I asked and And I'm real happy with him he came early he helped me Chase my dog when my dog got off the leash definitely definitely would recommend you Thank you.

The technician showed up at my house and asked to borrow my chair in the garage to use to get up and look at my opener instead of getting his own equipment and stood up on it. He then fixed the garage door opener and noticed that there was an additional issue which he needed a part for. He charged me for it and said he would be back later to fix because he had another job to do. He then proceeded to leave my very expensive camping gear and lawn equipment outside and left. I had to leave for an appointment and haven't heard from him meanwhile my garage door still isn't 100% fixed and I've already paid in full. Not super happy with this experience since I've paid over a thousand dollars to you already and it's still a problem. Will not return or give referrals to anyone. Tech Anthony Poulos was polite and honest about the needs for my garage door. It was explain good to me and my questions were answered. Just the Price for proper repair was higher than I thought it would be.

I was surprised that a new door opener was around $700. After watching Christian install it I was happy that I didn't have to do it.
