Ben came on a holiday 30 minutes after my call

The technician was on time and said unfortunately the parts for our 20 year old door were no longer available He quickly moved to replacing the door but to make the front of the house uniform we moved to replacing both doors Product availability was great and installation will be tomorrow

We had Christian and he was so nice and explained everything we needed to do now and what would be a good idea to do in order to prolong the life of our garage door. He gave us the information and knowledge to make decisions without feeling obligated which I appreciated. Great service, I highly recommend!

I am 100% satisfied with the product and service I received today. It was extremely simple to set up the same day appointment on the web site. A confirmation email was sent to me in a timely fashion and a photo of the technician along with a short bio was sent when he was on his way. Christian was prompt, polite and thorough when explaining the solution to my problem. He did an expert job of installation and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Anthony was prompt and very respectful. He really did enjoy meeting my pups. Repairs were quickly diagnosed and taken care of . I appreciate him coming out on Christmas Eve. A pleasure to work with and I would call again should I be in need of garage repairs in the future.

Great service The only issue there is scraps outside on my new garage door . Little disappointed . They came out and made it right. Very pleased with fast response to my concerns. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and friendly.
