He was very good

Johsua was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything, and offered solutions ranging from fixing just the immediate problem to fixing entire system to avoid future maintenance calls (door and system is very old and I felt was in need of replacement anyway). I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

Aaron did a great job. Everything was checked over, he clearly explained the issue, and provided options to fix it. He went to work after we made our decision and he did an excellent job. He was very polite and pleasant. We appreciated his good work.

Cedric was fantastic! He explained what needed to be done and got it done so quickly. He was amazing and a lifesaver. He explained the workings of the new garage door opener and all the new elements it has. He explained the warranty. The garage door has never opened and shut so easily and quiet since I moved here in 2018. Thank you Cedric and thanks to Precision for such a speedy response to my need. You are all terrific! This is the second time Christian has come to the house. First to install then to help with a lubrication and engine issue. Each time he has been extremely personable, kind, informative, and very respectful. I appreciate his professionalism and communication style. Thank you for helping us again Christian!

The way that you have your phone calls answered right away is fantastic customer service. That's the first impression for a customer and it's impressive. Cedric was professional and patient when he serviced our garage door a few months ago. We knew that we weren't going to shop around when our door opener quit on us the other day. We were very happy to know that Cedric was available that very afternoon. The new door opener is quiet and has additional features that will be helpful. Cedric made sure that our questions were answered and was gracious by letting us know that we can call him with any issues.
