Cedric was very professional in how he handled the diagnosis, quotes, repair and finalizing the repair. Most courteous and great personality. Would recommend Cedric to others who need such services.

I called first thing in the morning, Josh came out within a couple of hours, replaced the broken spring-very courteous, professional, I would definitely use Precision again!

The way that you have your phone calls answered right away is fantastic customer service. That's the first impression for a customer and it's impressive. Cedric was professional and patient when he serviced our garage door a few months ago. We knew that we weren't going to shop around when our door opener quit on us the other day. We were very happy to know that Cedric was available that very afternoon. The new door opener is quiet and has additional features that will be helpful. Cedric made sure that our questions were answered and was gracious by letting us know that we can call him with any issues.

He also told me all about how to maintain the hardware and was friendly with the curious little ones.
