Anthony was on time and called to let us know he was on his way. He is very knowledgeable and explained the issue to us so we could clearly understand. He diagnosed the issue, provided an estimate, and fixed the garage door in a timely manner. My husband and I were very happy with Anthony’s helpful friendly service and felt he was honest and reasonable. Will definitely use Precision in the future for any Garage Door repairs.

Cedric was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly determined what was wrong with the garage door and explained to me what had to be fixed. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and tested the garage door and made sure it was in good order.

The service was excellent. The only problem I have is that all I needed was one remote and the price for the remote and the service charge to come a push two buttons on existing door opener’s for the new remote was $90 for remote and $70 or so for service call. I understand that prices have gone up since This administration doesn’t give a crap about the country and it’s citizens is out rageious.
