Joshua was on time and courteous. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He went right to work and was done in a timely manner.

Joshua did a fantastic job along with Drew. They worked from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm! Due to a faulty part that they need to replace, they have to come back Monday to finish the job; but again, they worked long and hard today. They cleaned up after themselves leaving the work area just as it was before they started. Josh is very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work, I would be comfortable recommending him and your company to my family and friends. Josh came back today, Monday, and finished the job. I give Joshua Wood 10 stars out of 10!!

Antonio was very knowledgeable and polite. Explained everything very well and did an excellent job.

Josh was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He got right to work and diagnosed the problem. He also informed us of other parts besides the springs that could use upgrading or at least servicing. We opted for the upgrade, work starts tomorrow.

great service and great products

Customer service was excellent! Would contact company again for any garage door issues. Once I called he came over within the hour and fixed the garage the same day. I was impressed by the quick response time and service. Josh was a nice guy and fun to talk with. Seems like a great guy for the company.

I had both the garage door and opener installed, and Robert did a fantastic job. He was very courteous, and completed the job quicker than I expedted. He walked me through how to use and service my new garage door. Very satisfied.

Johsua was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything, and offered solutions ranging from fixing just the immediate problem to fixing entire system to avoid future maintenance calls (door and system is very old and I felt was in need of replacement anyway). I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

Aaron did a great job. Everything was checked over, he clearly explained the issue, and provided options to fix it. He went to work after we made our decision and he did an excellent job. He was very polite and pleasant. We appreciated his good work.

Drew was awesome, straightforward and honest. Fixed it in a jiffy, no issues. Would work with Drew again any day.

The garage door looks very nice All of the individuals I worked with were very professional & explained the process in language I cld understand. Hope to enjoy the door for many yrs.

Joshua came out and explained pricing and options and got the malfunctioning and loud opener system to run whisper quiet.

We were very satisfied with Precision. We were able to get someone to our house quickly and the technician fixed the problem promptly and efficiently. We would definitely use Precision again.

This is the second time Christian has come to the house. First to install then to help with a lubrication and engine issue. Each time he has been extremely personable, kind, informative, and very respectful. I appreciate his professionalism and communication style. Thank you for helping us again Christian!
