Anthony arrived on time. Very professional. Examined the garage door and opener. Gave me several options and replaced the motor. Everything works perfect and was finished in a timely manner. I would recommend Anthony and precision door.

I got several notifications, text messages, even a picture of the technician before he showed up. Christian call ahead of time and was on time and very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Came to fix a problem but fixed a problem that didn't exist and now the door will not close unless you hold the opener down.

I thought the service was fine. I was shocked to hear what the cost of replacing the spring would cost!

Garage doors were installed with all new hardware. Service was great as Cedric did a great install.

The company staff were very courteous and professional. We had a broken spring replaced. Next day service was available and the recognition was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the remove and replacement very thoroughly. He conducted a complete inspection of the garage door and parts, provided an awareness of recommended maintenance but no pressure was applied to “sell” the recommendations. Very pleasant to work with. I would recommend the use of this company for your garage door repair or service. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Ben was at my home earlier than scheduled. He worked steadily for 2+ hours—my initial request was just to replace 2 garage door openers that had quit working. He fixed many parts of the garage door its self, replaced the keypad and the pad that receives directive to open the garage door. The door now opens silently! Thank you so much!!!! Tamara Collins

I want to thank the service tech who came out to help me with my garage. His name is Ryan. He called to let me know his arrival time. He came over and we went to the garage

OMG - so impressed! Fantastic customer service, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Very professional upon arrival. We went to the garage, and I showed him the issue. He told me my options, we went over the age of my current opener, and the issues I was having. Ryan then discussed all of my options and price differences. Each option was discussed. I decided it was more cost effective to do a new opener. Because it was later in the evening, I thought he would schedule for another day, but he changed it out and I now have a new garage door opener, that is not only so quieter than my last one, it is not only connected to my car, I have an app on my phone that I can open the garage door from anywhere, and it has a camera as well. The new opener also has a motion activated light. I am so impressed. Ryan cleaned up everything after, even took my old opener so I didn't have to worry about disposing of it. So thankful! Highly recommend!!
