Ben was outstanding! I really did a number on the door catching it on a car bike rack, it was a double door held in place with only 1 pin on each side. He safely got it off the top of my car with no damage and was able to get the door back on the rollers and pulled completely down. We are replacing the door, but, hey, it’s 30 years old. Thank you soooo much for Sunday service!

Christian did an awesome job installing the bottom weather seal part on my mom's garage. Quick knowledgeable and very friendly. We chat for a good 30 minutes just talking about life and work after he was done, I really enjoyed it. You all got professional tech under your umbrella. Do what it takes to keep them, especially Christian as he truly showed his professionalism and care about his work and took the time to double check and ensured garage is in good working condition. Precision Garage Door were wonderful! They scheduled our repair the night it happened and it went exactly as scheduled the following day! They actually could've been out that night, but we elected for the next morning. Christian was so nice and very professional. He explained everything and kept us a part of the entire repair. We would definitely recommend Precision and will use them again, if we need to.

Christian did an excellent job for us today. He had to install a new opener, springs, sensors. Brand new door opener and it has 2 remotes. Never had openers with the dinosaur he ha to take out.
