The technician, Christian, arrived on time and was very personable. Identified the issue quickly and it was fixed in short order. Nice to have the door back in working order. Professional, efficient and good service. Highly recommend.

Great service. Door was bent and wouldn't close. Cedric got the door to close so it was secure and ordered a new one.

Drew was awesome! I was prepared to start replacing parts and he advised me that all that was needed was some lube and a little TLC:) I was also pleasantly shocked that you were able to send Drew out in a matter of hours vs. days! You have a new customer. Thank you!?

Precision provided wonderful customer service, and competitive pricing, installation scheduling was convenient, and the technician James F. was very helpful in answering all of my questions. The installation only took a few hours and I love the new door, I highly recommend Precision of Meridian.

The installer did a good job. Forgot to clean up and adjust the door after installing, but came back shortly afterwards and did those things, so was very pleased with that!! Thank You. We ordered a garage door with windows, they kept telling us they couldn’t get the windows, so it took a long time to get a door. When the young man showed up with our door and installed it, guess what???? No windows!!! A couple of days later they came and installed windows, but forgot the grids. Technicians A++ Company B-

Love the quick service. I called and they were here in less than 2 hours. Went straight to work and had my doors working like new in no time.

What a wonderful company! Cedric was able to come on the same day as I called. He was very knowledgeable and so courteous and gracious. He listened to me explain the symptoms and then went right to work. Since it was the holidays I opted to just have the spring tightened but will for sure call Precision in the spring to do a spring replacement.
