Christian was super great! Knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me! Very responsive and I was amazed that he was able to do the repair same day! 100% recommended!

Christian was very knowledgeable and very nice. He came out just a couple hours after I called for possible repair. We discussed the damage to the door and it would eventually need replacing. He gave me the options and I decided to go with a new garage door since they were in stock and he said installers were available.

Ryan was very courteous and helpful. Quickly solved the problem and helped with another issue

Christian and James did an efficient job of diagnosing and repairing the problem. Christian explained the problems and risks in terms I understood, which is amazing considering I am not at all mechanically inclined. My garage door works much better now, it is quieter and doesn't slam shut. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service!

Anthony was very helpful in identifying the issue with my motor. I appreciated his patience as I dealt with my home warranty company, which didn’t allow him to finish addressing the issue. Thank you for your availability, and quick response!

Our Garage Door wouldn't open Friday morning, both cars were inside plus we were having a Garage Sale so we needed to move things out. I called several door places & none could come out until the next day. When I called Precision they could come out the same day between 10 am & 12 pm. We were suprised when the tech arrived around 9 am. Anthony was very professional & had the door fixed in about 45 min. Excellent service & we certainly will call them again if needed!!

Our tech Cedric was respectful, professional, thorough and quick! Great service and will definitely use this company again in the future.
